As a humanist entrepreneur, I am concerned about the direction we are taking as human beings and I want to take action on it. My vision is to reverse the trend of destructive criticism, which is so damaging to the self-concept of those who receive it; I want differences to enrich rather than divide, for us to strive to understand even when we disagree, for us to stop and observe, to remain aware of the impact of our thoughts and actions, and to strive to populate the joy of giving and receiving value.
